Poet The Sonnet, a.k.a Mr Blue Murda, The Black Jo Pesch (Siphelele Mnyande ) finally drops his pre-album "So Welcome Me To The World", with hot singles getting airplay on campus and commercial radio stations around South Africa. The stage has been set for what can only be described as the welcome to the beginning of a new era in Hip Hop. So as the curtains to this well-staged and anticipated play open. How We Started

Hearstreet T.V. finds its roots in Hearstreet Video. Hearstreet Video began in the March of 2008 documenting every move and every hustle of the Hip Hop movement within JHB.


Hearstreet Video prided itself on having exclusive local and international content and providing it for free through social networking websites (Facebook, MySpace, YouTube) in a bid to promote the Hip Hop culture in South Africa.


Hearstreet Video received a great deal of attention and attracted a large viewership both in South Africa and Abroad.
